Padilla le dio intervenci\u00f3n a la Procuraci\u00f3n General de la Naci\u00f3n para que analice el caso del fiscal acusado de extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Un d\u00eda antes de tener que presentarse en la justicia para dar explicaciones sobre su v\u00ednculo con el falso abogado Marcelo D&#8217;Alessio, <strong>el fiscal Carlos Stornelli realiz\u00f3 un pedido de recusaci\u00f3n del juez federal de Dolores Alejo Ramos Padilla y solicit\u00f3 que se declare la nulidad del proceso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El fiscal hizo el pedido a trav\u00e9s de su abogado, Roberto Ribas, quien se entreg\u00f3 ambas presentaciones en el tribunal de Dolores.<\/p>\n<p>La solicitud de Stornelli va en sinton\u00eda con distintos intentos de quitarle el caso a Ramos Padilla.
