Righi, ex Procurador General de la Naci\u00f3n hasta 2012 y exministro del Interior durante el Gobierno de H\u00e9ctor C\u00e1mpora, falleci\u00f3 hoy a los 80 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Righi, nacido el 4 de septiembre de 1938, supo estar al frente de la Procuraci\u00f3n General de la Naci\u00f3n en los momentos m\u00e1s tensos que enfrent\u00f3 al kirchnerismo con el Poder Judicial y las investigaciones por hechos de corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n estuvo en lugares de toma de decisiones en los \u00e1lgidos menos de<strong> dos meses de 1973 como ministro del corto per\u00edodo de Gobierno de H\u00e9ctor C\u00e1mpora<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Righi condujo el organismo que concentra a todos los fiscales del pa\u00eds desde el 2004 designado por el entonces presidente de la Naci\u00f3n, N\u00e9stor Kirchner, y ocho a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde renunci\u00f3 en medio del duro cruce que gener\u00f3 el caso Ciccone<\/strong> entre el kirchnerismo y el Poder Judicial en los avances por las investigaciones de corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Es que Amado Boudou<\/strong>, entonces Vicepresidente y <strong>hoy detenido por el caso Ciccone Calcogr\u00e1fica, dijo que desde el estudio jur\u00eddico que Righi hab\u00eda fundado como abogado le hab\u00edan ofrecido contactarse con funcionarios de la Justicia Federal para hacer frente a la causa en su contra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Righi naci\u00f3 en la ciudad de Resistencia, en la provincia de Chaco,<\/strong> y su carrera en el derecho comenz\u00f3 cuando se recibi\u00f3 de abogado en la Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires (UBA) para m\u00e1s tarde realizar un doctorado en Derecho Penal y Disciplinas Criminol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El 25 de mayo de 1973 asumi\u00f3 como ministro del Interior del entonces presidente H\u00e9ctor C\u00e1mpora en su Gobierno que dur\u00f3 44 d\u00edas por lo que renunci\u00f3 Righi el 13 de julio de 1973, para luego exiliarse a M\u00e9xico<\/strong> ante el aparato represivo que comenz\u00f3 con la Alianza Anticomunista Argentina y luego con la asunci\u00f3n de la dictadura militar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En M\u00e9xico, Righi ejerci\u00f3 la docencia en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma para a partir de 1983 y con el retorno de la democracia lo sigui\u00f3 haciendo en Argentina, donde fue director del Departamento de Postgrado (1996)<\/strong> y de la Comisi\u00f3n de Postdoctorado de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (2012). <strong>En el a\u00f1o 2016 recibi\u00f3 el Premio Konex por la categor\u00eda &#8220;Derecho Administrativo, Tributario y Penal&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Fuente: <a
