La m\u00e9dica de guardia, Dra. Hern\u00e1ndez Lara, diagnostic\u00f3 una herida punzante de arma blanca en el hemit\u00f3rax izquierdo con probable hemo-neumot\u00f3rax, por lo que fue derivado a quir\u00f3fano para cirug\u00eda de urgencia.
