Al solicitar la gu\u00eda forestal que acredite la legalidad del transporte, el conductor manifest\u00f3 no poseerla.<\/p>\n<p>Ante ello, se dio intervenci\u00f3n a la Direcci\u00f3n de Bosques, que dispuso el secuestro preventivo de los elementos por presunta infracci\u00f3n a la Ley Provincial de Bosques.
